Scrap Layout

I had my scrap club on LAST Thursday and meant to post it WAY before this. There is so much going on right now it's not even funny! I wanted to post last Friday. Oh well.

This was a fun one to do. What I loved most about this layout is the fact that it can be used for ANY sort of event. I took a very elegant layout and used it for a VERY goofy purpose! This is my favorite thing to scrap about! My family and their "faces." Well, that's all this time. I will try and come back by Sunday for another project idea!

Convention 2009!

Wow! That's how I sum up this year's Stampin' Up! Convention. I was honored to earn the award of Rising Star. I placed #9 and I am on Cloud Nine!

I have so much to share it's not even funny. The bad thing is: I also have lots to do this week. I have Scrap Club on Thursday, Stamp Club on Saturday and a class in between! Yikes!

This was my 3D swap for Convention this year. This luminary actually works; I even gave a tealight candle to everyone too! This was super fun and super simple to do, thanks to the Big Shot. It's the new Fancy Favor Big Shot Die. I also used the new Snowflake Punch! A little versamark, a little vellum card stock, and a little Iridescent Ice... viola! I did add a tag to my swap in the lower right hand corner that said, Let it snow! *giggles*

There is an actual tealight candle in this luminary. The box doesn't even get warm! It works perfectly.

Vacation project

While I was on "vacation" from club, we each brought a project for all of us to do. We ended up with 4 different projects! It was great! I loved to see how these ladies handled the situation! I am thinking of doing this every month with them!

Here's mine: I adapted it from a project I made a month or so ago! Believe it or not, the colors are Summer Sun, Tempting Turquoise and Whisper White. The stamp set used was SUPPOSED to be Medallion but I left it home. I used Circle Circus instead during the demonstration :(

I, of course, covered it up by saying, "See you too can be a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator!" The funny thing was, they all were demonstrators! They all signed under me :) So then I quickly thought and said, "Oh... and you all are already! Fabulous!" This project is so quick and fun! The gift card fits perfectly! You can change the paper, colors and more! It's awesome! Can't wait to do one for Christmas!

Woo Hoo! I am so excited! I have a picture to post that is not what I had promised yesterday! My car is now decorated! A friend has started her own business. I am always willing to help out entrepreneurs!

Check this out!! Now, the 6 little images to the "left" are Stampin' Up! rub ons. I am sooooooooooooooooooooooo in love with this! Thanks Elise!

Now the family on the left - you will notice that the cats are separated. I was going to put the cats together but... If I did, it would look like one was sniffing the other one in a place that.... well... while it's completely natural... *giggles*... I will leave it at that!

Club Vacation

This month my Yo-Yo Ya-Ya Club took a vacation! Well, not from club but we went on a trip! We went to Lorinda's house for club! We each brought 1 project to share with each other. This is Lorinda, she's all dressed up from singing at an Air Force Function. She looks so pretty! You rock, Lorinda!

I have tons to share with you! But I wanted to share a recycling tip! Lorinda's "party favor" was adorable! She took a tin can, a paper bag and the Scallop Edge punch and some twine. She made us each a BEAUTIFUL flower arrangement!

Diva Night

I love to spoil my hostesses! Every six months, I throw a party for those fabulous ladies that help me to grow my business. This FREE event is something that I do as a Thank You. They have guests come to their home, they prepare a light snack, they probably clean their house, and they have me come in and mess it all up! LOL!! I am totally kidding but... I so appreciate those women that do that work for me (and themselves)!

I usually spoil them with free product, a homemade meal, and of course, we stamp! This is one of the 4 projects that was prepared for them to do! These nugget tins (as I like to call them) are so versatile. Coming soon you will see yet another use for them :)

Pull, Push, Twist, Smush

*laughing* Yes, that's the technique I am planning on teaching my stamping friends next month... I have two great workshops coming up soon and I will be showing off the Pull, Push, Twist, Smush box. PPTS is actually a lot of fun to put together but slightly time consuming. This is NOT the colors I will showing off though... I haven't decided on those yet. LOL

Imagine this box filled with some chocolate goodies... maybe a stamp and Stampin' Spot inside. Maybe a piece of jewelry would work too!

This color combo was a color challenge - Crushed Curry, Bermuda Bay, Soft Suede and... I guess it's Whisper White.. I can't remember now. Oh Well! Anyway, give it a try! It's fun!

The Stampin' Up! kitty

Once upon a time, in a land far, far away, lived a handsome kitty named Chico. His favorite place to sleep was in a box. It was no ordinary box. It was a Stampin' Up! box.

Sure, he had free-reign of the house. Sure, he could choose any human-bed he wanted but nothing felt as comfortable as his Stampin' Up! box. He could customize his comfort by adding or subtracting that famous brown packing paper.

Luckily, his owner was a busy Stampin' Up! demonstrator. He could pick a new bed every few days! LOL

A Trip To Paradise

My Niece's B-Day Card

I have a fabulous niece named Andrea! I love her to pieces! Her favorite color is Sage Green... Here's something I through together for her... LOL! Actually, I stressed over this card because I wanted to make it really special.

The funny thing is, this card would have been the card that never stops because I have added about 5 things to it before I finally decided to call it quits. I wanted it to be simple, elegant, sparkly and yet... not... all at the same time! LOL!!

I took the ideas and color combination (Blush Blossom, Chocolate Chip and Very Vanilla) from this coming month's Stampin' Success, a Stampin' Up! publication for Demonstrators only! I have thoroughly enjoyed this rich looking combo and put my own spin on it. I can see this at a formal dinner, a wedding, a birthday party... oh just about anywhere!

For my next trick, I am going to do a box just for someone who posted to my Facebook site... Chocolate Chip and Bashful Blue...... ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ... aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!! yes!

Holiday's are a-comin'

Well, Stampin' Up! released the Holiday Mini for us demonstrators to peek at. Again, I am speechless at the items that are coming out. I was just getting settled into this new catalog and WHAM! They have me awe-struck yet again.

I was going to post something that I was working on but... I didn't get a chance to take a picture of it yet... I have one REALLY new project that I am super-excited about but it is DEFINITELY for the holidays. I am just not ready for them... yet! LOL

Happy 4th of July!

If you didn't make it to my Open House/Catalog Pick-up yesterday, this is the make and take that you missed! I was feeling patriotic and reminiscent.

For those of us that are US citizens, the 4th of July evokes memories of BBQs, fireworks, family time, and most of all pride. While most of you know that I am a military wife, the 4th of July means more now. Last year, my husband was in Iraq for 6 months. He missed his son's 9th birthday, Father's Day, the 4th of July, the first day of school and such...

This card is for HIM! I used Kind and Caring Thoughts and Celebrate Everything. My color choices are Night of Navy and Ruby Red. I DID NOT think this card up myself. I totally CASEd the idea! I changed the colors and layout a bit. I also used markers in the same colors to color in the "fireworks bursts." Thank you to the one who posted it originally!

I was making samples last month with the stamps in the pre-order for demonstrators. I didn't want to post many of them, yet. Now, I can! WOO HOO!!

Here is a card that I made for a color challenge. It's a stamp set called Razzle Dazzle. The color challenge was Soft Suede, Ruby Red, Blush Blossom and Very Vanilla. Give it a try and see what you come up with! It was a lot of fun!

Central Park Tutorial

Scrap Club Layout

In Scrap Club we explored using different patterns of DSP (Designer Series Paper) on one page. This layout was created using the colors out of Good Morning Sunshine DSP.

This layout is OUT of my comfort zone as I like more subdued colors. This is bold and in your face. Which, if you know me, IS my personality style but NOT my scrapbooking style.

Anyway, we used a combination of Chunky Glitter and Fine Glitter on the heart. You may not be able to tell but there is a very cool dual tone effect going on here.

Sneak Peek of a New Class

Well, as many of you know, I have been doing a collaboration series called, "A Trip..." This is an on-going series of fun boxes and beautiful cards. In this next one, "A Trip to Central Park." We made a box to look like a messenger bag and filled them with four fun cards & envelopes.

This class is limited to the next 4 people as the Fashion District Rub-ons (part of the class fee) is sold out and I only purchased 4 sets! *sniff sniff*

Mourning/Celebrating the Loss

While I am super-excited by the new catalog and products. It's time to mourn the loss of some of my favorite sets. What better way to do that than to stamp with them one last time before they leave!!

Yesterday, Donna (one of my success-line) and I planned her 1st workshop! It's Father's Day themed. Here is a 6 x 6 scrapbook page done with one of my ALL TIME favorite Alphabet sets, Big Deal Alphabet! This is the "pumped-up" version. We added a few accessories to it (colored hardware) and a few techniques (sponging) to it and it really makes it pop.

To show some versatility, we folded the scrapbook page in half, removing the Chocolate Chip photo frame for those that don't scrapbook and might need an additional card for say a father-in-law, step-dad, etc. Basically the only thing that we added to the card was a little bit of hole-poking under the "ALL-STAR" and some sponging around the entire card.

Sneak Peek

After looking at the new catalog for at least 2 1/2 hours today, this insane feeling came over me and just said, "Go play with your new toys!"

I obeyed. Now, this card is VERY simple. I wanted to use the new magnetic inserts for our Curly Label Big Shot Die. I also wanted to use the NEW punch, Modern Label. I also don't have any new stamps other than Lots of Bots. So I didn't have any sentiments. What is a girl to do?

She breaks out her new Level 3 Hostess Kit! It comes with DSP (which is the bunch of flowers), new rub ons and stamp sets. The Kit is called Lovely Lines. WOW was this fun to play with. I can't wait to keep playing.

Here are two of the new In-Colors too. Rich Razzleberry is the darker. Melon Mambo is the lighter and the ribbon :) I imagined this card as giving a friend, Karen came to mind, a bunch of flowers. While I still think it needs something... I wanted to post something!

I also made a box. I will post that later! I can't wait to show you!

Father's Day

I made a Father's Day card recently for a SWAP here in Colorado Springs. I wanted to share it with you! This is a great card idea for the avid reader. This side to the right, is actually perforated. It tears off and becomes a book mark! Do you have the Cutter Kit from Stampin' Up!? My favorite tool on this set of tools is the what we call the "7 finger nails" tool. It's actually distresses paper. However, I wanted to use some of the other tools to show why you NEED this tool!

Other ideas for the paper perforater? Coupon books! What else do you do with your Crafter's Tool Kit? I would love to hear from you!

I used two different stamp sets out of the Mini Occasions Catalog. I also incorporated the new Jumbo Grommets! This card was fun to make!

I have to apologize. This is my busiest time of the month! I had plans for last week and they went completely out the window... but I am one of those people that rolls with the punches! I have lots to share this week. So, here's a project that I saw online and decided to re-create my own way. I am not the type to "buy" box templates so I figured out stuff on my own and I have changed a few things since making this box.

The front box will be a bit smaller to fit Stampin' Up!'s medium cello bags (which I filled with those super sugary candy pieces for the top of cupcakes or regular cakes). The inside has tubes for jimmies (or sprinkles or whatever you like). Basically, this is a birthday cake tote! I love this idea!

June 16th, you can do this class at my house. If you are interested in taking this class to go, contact me! We can do just the instructions or have a kit with cut paper and instructions!

Mother's Day

Wow... what a great day yesterday was for me. It was just us. Just the family, kicking it at home, doing what we wanted, eating when we wanted, it was relaxing! Well, now, I have got to get back to work. I have a cruise to earn!

If you look to the left of my blog. I am keeping a visual goal on my blog of what I need to achieve the cruise. I have two clubs this week so you will see this number shoot up. I could use your help though!

May is National Scrapbooking Month!

I can tell you that my roots are deep in scrapbooking. I have always felt not only the creativity towards it but the NEED to do it for my children. It is their legacy that I am capturing on film (ok, in this day and age it's not film anymore it's digital) and with words.

Here is a layout that I did with my Scrap Club this month. This uses the Simply Scrappin' Kit, Sunshine Garden! I actually made three layouts using 1 sheet of the Designer Paper that comes in the kit AND 1 sheet of the "sticker die-cuts" in the kit. Something else you will find on the page is our Hodgepodge Hardware. Have you ever tried to "dye" these pieces? WOW!! It's a stunning addition to this page.

Stencils on Canvas!

I have a few more things I want to post for stencils. Here is another project with stencils. This was a canvas class that I taught on Saturday! We used the Kind Thoughts stencil on each canvas. They all turned out just a bit different... unique, is probably a better word. Here is Max. I did, of course, do a canvas for Erich but I was able to take a better picture of this one. I used Chocolate Chip DSP and acrylic paint. I cut the letter "M" with my Big Shot. I tied Twill Tape around the picture as well! WOO HOO! It looks so good on my walls! I know it looks crooked but I had to take it at a funky angle so I didn't get the "Flash Glare". LOL

Next, we have one that Erin did. She used Bella Rose DSP on both of her canvases. She used "Laughter & Love" Rub-ons. She also used Pink Pirouette Ribbon and cut her letters on the Big Shot. We also did a little bit of "hiding" on Erin's canvas. Her stenciling wasn't quite done when she sealed her canvas so it smudged a little. We hid it completely with a Flower Fusion flower and half-back pearl! It is so elegant! Both of Erin's canvases were stunning and looked unbelievable when held up next to each other!

Finally, we have a canvas that Donna did. She used Old Olive DSP, Chocolate Chip Ribbon, cut her letters on the Big Shot, she used "Love and Laughter" and "Chateau Bella" Rub ons and stenciled too! WOW! This picture does not do this canvas jealous. Donna actually made three different canvases but tied them all together with Chocolate Chip ribbon and the More Mustard Lettering. When we laid them side by side, it was a stunning display!

Yes, More Stencils

So here's a page I haven't even thought of finishing yet... do you know why? Because it so SOOOOOOOOOO Beautiful as is!! WOWSERS! I know what I want to do with it but I wanted to show you the page as is, nekkid. This is the Parisian Damask Stencil from Stampin' Up! (of course). Now, I used sponge daubers and Chocolate Chip craft ink. I pounced lightly on the main image then went back and pounced harder on the "accents". This page is Pink Pirouette.

I can't wait to finish this page! I won't be able to even work on it until at least Friday of this week or even next week. I have lots coming up!

Stenciling an album!

Remember how I said that stenciling is addicting... well, I didn't stop at a scrapbook page! I wanted to decorate an album.

I used the Kind Thoughts "small" stencil. I also used Chocolate Chip Craft ink, stencil gold creme paint, sponge daubers and a stencil brush. I went to town on this album. I really loved how this turned out. Now this album isn't finished! My plan is to add a few more embellishments like half-back pearls and other lovely things! I will post this album again... when it's all done.

Stencils will be my focus this week!

So, I have been playing with the Stencils that Stampin' Up! has come out with. I wanted to share just a few of the fabulous things I have done with it! Once I started, I couldn't stop! It's quite addicting. So, now I am going to have all the stencils and I probably will NOT paint with them! LOL. I know that the intent is to paint your walls but....

I have just recently formed my first Scrapbook Club and I am so excited!! I have been wanting to scrapbook and every workshop that I have done, I have been asking for members. Well, now that's a reality! WOO HOO!! Now this is NOT the page they are going to do but it is a page that I love!! It is so simple but is so very beautiful. The page they will do will have stenciling on it! *wink*

Now I swear this layout is a 12 x 12! I had to take the picture at a weird angle so that it would have a HUGE flash spot on one of my nephew's children! Sorry about that.

Swaps

I like swaps but they are a lot of work. I was involved in a swap recently for the Mini Occasions catalog. Have you seen those stamp sets yet?? OMG! They are lick-o-licious! Anyway, I like to be different. *laughing*... I think anyone that knows me, knows that I am different, to say the least... I would go so far as to say CRAZY, Fun-loving, etc!

I am not sure what other swaps I am going to get but I wanted to show off mine ;) I wanted to make a "wedding card" out of the Oval All Stamp Set!

What do you think? Do you like it? There are parts of it that I am not sure about...

Clearly Thanks Box

This box was made with the Movers and Shapers: Curly Labels Die for the Big Shot. I also used the Stampin' Up! Texture Plates on the front of the box afterward. It gives it just that little bit of UMPH! I thought it needed. I used the Clearly Thanks Window Sheets too! This box is so versatile. You can fill it with candy! You can put a jewelry gift inside... What can I say? I am PMS'ing and those are things that make me happy! LOL!!

Have you tried the Big Shot yet? I use mine almost every single day! The only other tool that I use more has to be my Stampin' Up! Tabletop cutter! LOL. How else would I get the paper into the Big Shot if I didn't cut it!

While I have been busy, it's still no excuse for me to NOT post to my blog. Things have been happy crazy around here! I have been playing with a lot of new products from the Mini Occasions Catalog. Have you seen the new stamp sets! OH SO PRETTY!

Here, I have a card that I made with the new Window Sheets! Clearly Thanks is the name of the pre-printed window sheets. They make super-fast and super-cute cards!

Believe it or not, there is NO adhesive on this card except the Dimensionals holding the sentiment on the card! I held the window sheet on to the card with the brads and the ribbon! Cool huh?

Tomorrow I will post another project done with window sheets. Plus, I have some stencils to show you! WOO HOO! It's going to be a great blogging week here in Mama Schroeg-ville! LOL!

WOO HOO!! I LOVE GETTING MAIL! Getting mail from a friend is even better. Getting mail from a friend that came half-way around the world... you can't beat it!! Check out this BEAUTIFUL notebook from my friend Siobhan! She posted a challenge on her blog. I got one of the slots to get something special from her! She ALSO sent a box of Pocky, which I am NOT sharing with you or anyone else! It's mine... all mine... do you hear me... mine!!! LOL!

I received this either Saturday or Monday - but the day I took a picture of it, my camera battery died. I immediately put it up to charge but... *looking sheepish* I kept forgetting to go GET the battery! Anyway, here is her wonderful gift!

I absolutely adore this! Especially her color choices! You couldn't have picked a better color for me (purples in all hues are my fav!) Thank you so much, Siobhan!

Easter's coming! Are you ready? Here's a REALLY simple card to do. The key is the brads, if you have them at home, you can do this easily!! If you don't, contact me, I will hook you up! I used the new Egg Hunt Stampin' Around Wheel and the new stamp set, "An Egg-cellent Easter."

I usually create a new card for every workshop that I do. This one was so cute that I just couldn't! Everyone that made this card got a kick out of it! There's a surprise to it though... take a look at the next picture.

Now, if you slide the pale plum piece up, you can see the hidden sentiment... Peek-A-Boo! I love this card!

An Easter Card from the "Box"

Here's a card you probably can't see that was inside the box! This card was made with the Big Shot Scallop Circle. It's a little crooked because the scallops didn't line up to balance it! This is actually one of the straightest cards I have ever stamped. I don't say that lightly! I almost NEVER stamp straight! LOL!!

I used Sale-A-Bration paper (Delicate Dots DSP) and the fabulous ribbon bundle ribbon... WOW! I love the twill! I hope they come out with more of it! I really hope they come out with more Satin ribbon too... oooooooooooooooo!!! I love it!!!

Getting ready for Easter

The wait is over... LOL!! I teased someone yesterday on Facebook about my Easter box. Hopefully she will check it out... and like it! Sheesh. That's always a worry of mine... will it live up to the hype?

Well, this is the box with the lid on... Inside the box is 3 Ghirardelli Chocolates, 3 Peppermint Patties, 3 cards, 3 test tubs filled with candy... notice a pattern here?

Here's a picture with the lid off! This box was a lot of fun and only took about an hour and a half to make... What do you think, Alex? Did it live up to the hype?? Things I thought about doing to the box AFTER it was done: Stamping the "hanging heart" in white stazon on the new Stampin' Up! Window Sheets (medium was used here) all along the top so they looked like they were hanging down... Oh well, I can't always think ahead of the game........

Hello all! Here is the scrapbook page that I mentioned in my previous post. This is my Max; crazy as he wants to be... or is that crazy as he wants to bee? LOL! This page was a lot of fun! Using punches to create a scene is one of my favorite things!

When I first started scrapbooking with Stampin' Up!, I had a hard time using any size but 12 x 12. My favorite is 8 1/2 x 11 but I am really digging the 6 x 6 and 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" sizes! Now, this one started out as a 6 x 6 - which my hostess got the "blank" one. It turned into an 8 1/2 x 11... but I even showed how you can take it to 12 x 12. WOW that makes me happy!

On Saturday, I was at Donna's house for a workshop. We did two great projects! This card was the first thing that the ladies made. It is so cute. They really seemed to like it. Well, I didn't stop there! I did a scrapbook page with this set as well. It started out as a 6 X 6 page and ended up as an 8 1/2" x 11" scrapbook page. I will post that tomorrow! OK, I am totally like a kid on Christmas morning! I had to 2nd day air my Demonstrator Pre-Order for my workshop coming up this weekend. Awwwww so sad, I know... BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just had to play! The first thing that I broke out was the BIG SHOT! *hears the Billy Joel song in her head and shudders*

Yes, that is the new Matchbox Box! Yes, that is new Texture Folder - Manhattan Flower! OMG! This was the cutest and fastest box I have ever put together. The bottom of the box stays together without (yes, that's right, I said WITHOUT) adhesive. You only need on line of sticky strip for the wrap around slide!

I did sponge on the flower so you can see it better. I just think it's gorgeous. I will playing with new rubber all week! Be sure to check back!

It's been a while since I have posted! I am so sorry! I never meant to let it go almost a week! So what have I been up to? *grins* I have been super busy. I am doing LOTS of prep work for March. I have 4 workshops scheduled.

I also won a chance to be "artist of the month." I got over $50 in product and had to create 10 projects with them. 6 cards, 2 - 3D Projects, 1 altered item and 1 scrapbook page. BUT did I take pictures of them? NOPE. I totally forgot! When I get to take pictures of them, I will and I will post one or two here and there. The stamp set I got to keep was "Branch Out." I got the Taste of Textiles Paper Pack and 5/16" brads along with Pigtails Ribbon Originals. Stay Tuned for those projects!

In the meantime, I have been conspiring... ummm... er... collaborating with my upline! We are coming out with a line of tutorials, kits, clubs via the internet and SO MUCH MORE! All of which are reasonably priced! You have seen tastes of it with my Ribbon Club and my Buttons/Clips/Brads Club. Stamps in the Mail too! These are DROP DEAD Gorgeous projects! You will not believe it! I am hoping for an April Launch date! I will keep you posted, of course.

So.... I want to share another card I made for my 5 cards for $5 night. While it is NOT Valentine's Day anymore, this card is still a great card. It just lets someone you love them! Here is the second bracelet! I am a purple kind of girl so I just HAD to make a purple one! I had a hard time getting the pictures to show the right colors but I used Lavendar Lace Ink, the Serendipity Stamp Set and the Purple Rhinestones from the Ice Circles pack... WOW! It looks great in real life!

Did you ever have one of those moments where you just had no idea how it would turn out and "it" turned out great? Well this is one of my times! I feel the need to make a bunch of these but... I am going to resist for a bit... LOL *looks around and whispers, "'cause I have to order more Build-A-Brads, if truth be told"*

OK, this is NOT an original thought of mine. I saw one of these once and thought, "Oh yeah, I need to make a few of those for myself!"

Now, that was a few months ago. I bought everything I needed to make them but just never got a chance to complete it! Well, I was cleaning out my paper trays and found the jump rings! I said, "No time like the present!"

I am pretty proud of the way this came out. I am going to make one more tonight. I will post the picture tomorrow! I may try selling them at a craft fair in the fall. I am not going to make a lot of them until I know they are selling...

When the Big Brown Truck (UPS - WOO HOO! Go Mike!!) came yesterday, I couldn't hardly contain myself. I had ordered some of the NEW Big Shot Dies. Here is a picture of my first two cuts using the "Card, Telephone & Address" Clear Die!

After viewing a video tutorial on the Stampin' Up! website, I thought of all the possibilities with this die... This would look great in a scrapbook album as is... but what about an "office" scrapbook? OOOOH! I will post pictures when I get one done!

Hi Everyone! I just wanted to post this picture of me. This was taken at our Demonstrator meeting. I was the Queen of Sales for the month of January in Kimberly's success-line. If you know me at all, you know that my fondness for pink is... well... not really there! I love Pink Pirouette but all the other colors of pink... The fuzzy pink tiara... the pink sash... and my pink shirt... UGH!!!

I am purple kind of girl. It is just so passionate. Anyway, I don't usually post pictures of myself... LOL - But this was just such a goofy shot... I felt the need to post it.

Well, the same die actually! I just loved the fact that I could make an adorable treat pouch with it... I used two dies - Top Note Die and the Curly Label Bigz Die!

The other card is a CASE from my friend Michele Walker. She is a side-line of mine. Anyway, she created this card, sorta... hehe... and I changed the colors and image. I still used the same stamp set though - Define Your Life - awesome set.

A Rose Is A Rose - Stamps in the Mail is coming!

March marks the first round of Stamps in the Mail! This is an incredible program for new & seasoned stampers. If you have never stamped before, you will see just how fun stamping can be in the comfort of your home with very little supplies. If you are a seasoned stampers, you will enjoy having everything (except the stamping and assembling) ready for you. Both will learn just how versatile a stamp set can be!

Here are the details: It costs $40 a month - for 3 months to be a member. You will average about $30 in product every month. Workshop Card!

Yesterday we had a blast at Rebeckah's workshop. We did two cards - 1 for Valentine's Day and 1 "Any Occasion" card. I don't want to reveal the "Any" card until tomorrow or so because I loved it so much, it became my Shoebox Swap! LOL!

I wanted to post this Valentine's Day card to give you ideas that are simple and elegant using the Love You Much Bundle. I love this card for it's simplicity and it's colors! Did you get your bundle yet? You have until January 31st to get it at a discount. The stamp set, Candy Lane Designer Paper (YUM!! I could lick it! - That just means I really LOVE that paper!) and the Heart to Heart Punch are included in the bundle. It's a must have!

Here is the "bling-bling" version. I try to have two versions of the same card on hand to show customers that just a few accessories can add so much to a card! Instead of using chalks, I used markers to color LOVE - as in I LOVE STAMPIN' UP! I added Dazzling Diamonds and a Flower Brad. If you look at the close-up of the flower brad, I dyed the grooves. I did this with craft ink! I wiped off the brad with a paper towel and heat set the wet ink in the grooves with my Heat Tool. I was even going to fill each petal of the flower with Crystal effects to see what that would look like. But I was running out of time. The ladies seemed to really like this card!

Stampin' Up! does currently have flower brads in BEAUTIFUL colors as well but I haven't received my box of goodies yet, so I couldn't add them to the card. Birthday Box

Happy Birthday! This box was made for my club tonight! I had mentioned that I was making this today and my new friend Terri (her birthday is in October) thought it was sweet that I was thinking of her... So Terri! This box is for you!!

Hopefully her delusion is over now... honestly it's my birthday month! I wanted to make 1 birthday item since we are mostly doing Valentine projects! I hope my club members like it :)

A Heart-Shaped Window

WOW!! After an outstanding Leadership Conference, I have been working feverishly to get things back to normal! I have so much spinning in my brain!!

At any rate, I had an idea based on some of the things that I have seen at Leadership and other places. This little pillow box is filled with Conversation Hearts. It fits almost the entire box! All I did was punch the Heart to Heart punch to make the window in the box. I then covered the window with a piece Stampin' Up!'s transparent envelopes!! I tied the box closed with Real Red and Pretty In Pink 1/4" ribbon. The tag is made with a phrase from Love You Owl-ways - stamped in Real Red on Whisper White Card stock! Easy peasy!!

New Year thoughts

Happy New Year everyone! It is the last day of 2008! While thinking about this past year, I have some GREAT memories!

At any rate, I wanted to make a New Year card. I don't typically send New Year cards but I thought it was a great way to say Happy New Year to all of you! I was just itching to stamp today while I was reorganizing my stamp rooms. I hope you like it!

I want to wish each and everyone of you a very Happy New Year! May this year bring you joy and stamping! I have a retired Stamp-A-Stack on January 3rd then it's off to Leadership Conference in Florida for me. So you may not see a post from me for a week or two.

When I get back from Florida, I will have the NEW Stampin' Up! catalog in my hand and some new stamp sets!! I can't wait!

Playing with Valentine's Stamps

Yes, Christmas is over. It was great while it lasted but I am SOOOOO over stamping for Christmas! I decided to break out my Valentine's Day stamps!

I love this owl but I am sorry, he just needed to stand on a branch. I have had to do a LOT of masking to get him just right but I do like the way it turned out!

This set is in the Winter Mini - there's still time left to get this stamp set but January 18th is the LAST day! This set is the Love Owl-ways set! LOVE IT!! I will be playing with this and A Happy Heart set tomorrow... The designer paper is Candy Lane (it's coming in the NEW catalog!), the punch is NEW too (called Heart to Heart) and it is yum-o-licious - Close to Cocoa, Riding Hood Red, Pink Pirouette... oh, I could just eat this paper!! Now, if you see the oh-so-light background of the card and wonder about that, it's from Sprinkles!

Double-Baked Tiles

I have had a lot of questions lately about how I got the black outline on my tiles. Well, I experimented. I have done that a lot lately. I made two really cool discoveries.

This is the first one. This is the double-baked tile. Normally, tiles are made with bold stamps (not outline stamps like this one), craft ink, glassy glaze and an oven. This one is no different, however, I used an outline stamp! How do you color it like it is?

Here's my first tutorial!

1. Stamp your outline stamp in a very dark color on a clean, dry tile (I get mine at Lowes). Here, I used Black Craft Ink. I think it's beautiful already! But we are going to add some color! Just wait!

2. Sprinkle Glassy Glaze over the wet craft ink.

3. Pop the tile into a pre-heated oven set at 350 degrees, directly on the oven rack (do not put them in a tray or baking pan). Bake 10 minutes.

4. Let tile cool completely.

While you are waiting, get your next supplies. A palette (my fancy word for paper plate... hehe), craft ink re-inkers in colors you wish to paint your tile, an aqua painter, paper towels, and baby wipes.

5. Put a drop of re-inker color on your palette (depending on how much color you are going to need is going to dictate just how much you put on). You can always add more if you need to. (Don't forget re-inkers like Encore! metallic and White (makes great snow))

6. Check your aquapainter. If it is damp, dry it off with your paper towel. You don't want the brush wet. Slightly damp is optimal. Craft ink and water do not mix. Glassy Glaze and water do not mix.

7. Start painting your tile. The craft ink will only stick to the tile. You may notice this as you are painting.

8. It is always best to start from the middle and work your way outward. Sometimes that's harder to do as you want to use all the same color first so you don't have to keep cleaning the brush over and over again.

9. If you make a mistake, your baby wipes will be your best friend. DO NOT saturate the Glassy Glaze in any way when you wipe off your mistake. Just a quick wipe over the boo-boo. Now, be sure to dry where you wiped!

10. Craft ink stays wet for a while. However, if you see that your paint is pulling away from where you wanted it, re-paint it then drop the Glassy Glaze over your wet ink. This will stop the paint from running. You do NOT want to touch your brush to the Glassy Glaze on the tile though. It will get caught in the bristles. It is best to put the Glassy Glaze on once your completely done painting your tile.

12. Bake your tile again for 10 minutes in the same 350 degree oven. Let completely cool before tying a ribbon or other embellishments for your tile. When it comes out of the oven, it should look like the picture at the top!

Believe it or not, I didn't even know the Big Brown Truck made a stop at my house. It's so reminicient of Christmas... Ol' Saint Nick travels far and wide to deliver presents to good little girls and boys... ahhhhh.

It's the same feeling EVERY time UPS stops at my house. Whether the package contains items for me or my customers... I just get all happy! This time is no exception because this time it was filled with NEW stamps just for me!!!!! Now, I got these new stamps on Friday but I have only just mounted one set!

"Just Buzzing By" is the name of this set. It is so stinking cute!! I am off to my upline's house today for a holiday celebration. We are all supposed to make a hand-stamped item! Here's what I am bringing. I am kind of not wanting to bring this. I am kind of wanting to keep it for myself...

Luckily, I stamped another image. The positioning is off so I can't make exactly this but I am sure I will make something else with it! hehe.. I am so happy!!! I can't wait to play with some of the other sets I bought!

Gum Wrappers

Wow! These little beauties are not only popular at craft shows/fairs. They are also popular with customers. I was told by one of my club members that she is using gum wrappers as place cards at her Thanksgiving table! What a clever idea, Donna! Thanks for sharing.

Anyway, this is just one of the hundreds of gum wrappers I have done in the past. These are fun, fast and great for gift giving. They also keep kids out of your gum!! Rub-ons On Sale!

Sorry I have been quiet - blogging wise. I have been getting ready for the Holiday rush of Craft Fairs. Our two biggest ones are coming up: Horizon Middle School and Doherty High School! With that said, I have a couple of projects to share! You know me.. I am a tease... so one day at a time... *wink*

I am a huge fan of the Stampin' Up! rub-ons... ALL OF THEM!! There's not a set that I can't see potential in. For Club this month, I showcased our rub-ons AND Gift Notes II! This was one of the fastest projects. We used 2 different sets: Hidden Garden and Chit Chat. Chit Chat is a MUST have! You have every occasion, holiday and event sentiments in one set! WOW!!

Anyway, I let my club members pick any saying they wanted that was Birthday related from the Chit chat set. We used the Hidden Garden flowers/stems in white and chocolate chip. We even used a little ribbon for a great look.

This was taken just after the doors opened. See how full the table was? It was NOT like that at noon! We had people lined up all along the table!! Crafts were just flying out the door! Phew!

I am so sorry that I have been silent these past two weeks. I have been VERY busy making craft fair items. Here's something I have been DYING to make! The cook-marks were introduced to us at the SU! Convention this year. How cool would it be to make a whole set? VERY cool! How cool would it be to make a box for it? WOWSERS! Just fabulous!

My club members, the BBB, as they are fondly known as, made a cook-mark in club last month... they are all about to receive the instructions! WOO HOO!! Oh the perks of being a club member! *wink*

Club Card

WOO HOO!! I had an awesome club on Saturday. We had so much fun talking and stamping. Yeah!! That's what it's all about. Well here is the card that we did for club. I have to admit that I changed very little from the original design. It is NOT my design... I did change a few things but not much!

I wanted to highlight the stamps that are on sale. This stamp set, Party Hearty is 20% off with a $20 purchase! WOW!! Thank you, Stampin' Up! Anyway, the ladies loved it! They will be getting an email from me shortly about a bonus project! Ah, the perks of being in a club! I created a box for them to hold a bundle of one of their projects. It's stinkin' cute!

Decor Elements Thanks

Wow, this tile turned out beautifully! I took a 13 x 13 tile and rubbed our Season of Thanks on it, cutting off the flourish at the bottom and rubbing it on the side! I was going to put a ribbon or something on it but... there's no room!! Total cost for this project - About $16.00! I love it!! I have done a few other decorations too - the total cost not going over $30.00 I am going to take a picture of it - It's a shadow box with the same saying... I filled the box with "fall decorations" but... you can totally change the "theme" of the shadow box with other Holiday decorations as well! Wait until you see it... I will post it soon but please promise me you won't tease me on how crooked it is... I accidently touched part of it to the glass and it stuck better than I expected... Usually they are so FORGIVING when you put them on the wall, tiles and other materials to rub on... I didn't know how well it would stick to glass!!

I posted this picture - wait - maybe I didn't... LOL!! If I posted this picture, then I did it a long time ago. I wasn't sure what I was going to do with this wall... I put the Live Every Moment in because I wanted that where it was. Finally, I put in the Organic Outlines... just the other day! hehe... At any rate, this wall is complete! I love the way it turned out!

Decor Elements Crazy

Well, last night I got a wild hair and started playing with my Decor Elements! Some of them I have had for a while. Some of them I just recently received. At any rate, I am having a blast! If you notice, my kitty is in the doorway! That little turkey will do anything to get into the picture :) I am surprised the kids didn't come down... they always know when Mom has a camera too! Isn't that always they way... They either only talk to you when you are on the phone or they come out of the wood work when you break out the camera!

Over the next few days, I am going to post even more of these fabulous vinyl clings up on my blog. I am on a Decor Elements kick right now! WOO HOO!! I put one on a tile that you just have to see! It's perfect for the holidays coming up! You don't want to miss that. Check back tomorrow for that one!

Ok, I have to post just one more picture. This has GOT to be my favorite Decor Elements that we have so far! It's so elegant! My family LOVES having it in the dining room. Happy Accidents!

So, I have been on a tile kick these past few days. I have 3 stamp sets that I have been dying to put ink on. The one featured yesterday, the one featured today and the one featured tomorrow. The one featured yesterday was called A Cardinal Christmas. Today's featured stamp set is Flores Suaves out of our Celebrando Creatividad catalog!

Now, my plan was to make a "small" tile just as shown with these two stamped images, coloring them and putting ribbon around them... Well, I put the tile in the oven. I usually set a tile and go back to working on other tiles... well, I forgot this tile in the oven... for almost 4 hours! Now, while I don't recommend leaving the house (like I did) - I do like the result of this. It's very shabby chic. It looks distressed and worn... I like it! This tile is, of course, not done yet! It needs a ribbon and a tag... I just had to show it off!

Wow! I have to say that making tiles has got to be one of my favorite things to make for Craft Fairs. They are usually very easy and very beautiful. However, I tried something different. Usually when you make a tile, you always use a solid or bold stamp. You don't usually use outline stamps because they will look nekkid when you are done.

Well, I stumbled upon something interesting. I found a way to COLOR outline stamps!! Would you like to learn how?? I bet you would! Come to one of my tile classes this month (see my Stampin' Up! website) or I will have ONE class next month! These tiles make beautiful gifts for Christmas!

Batter Up!

I created this card for a teacher-friend of mine. She's got a superstar of a baseball player in her family and he went out and raised money for his latest venture (a traveling baseball team). At any rate, she asked that I make her 10 cards. Here's what I came up with.

On the final card, I changed the background to the larger of the stars from the Classic Backgrounds stamp set. I used Just Baseball for the main images and used Taking Care of Business for the sentiment. I like the way it came out... i think it needs something but... i can't put my finger on what... oh well! Enjoy your day!

Ornament Fun!

I love making Christmas Ornaments. This is my favorite time of year. Stampin' Up! is even making it easier with their new kits! You can get chipboard set; it's chipboard shapes with paper that matches so it makes it easier for you to decorate your tree this year... there is the Country Living set that comes with a stamp set... there is also a "paper" set that has pre-cut and scored designer paper. I am getting ready for the craft fair season - slowly but surely! I try to see what will have the best turn-over. This year, I really think I am going to have a hit with ornaments! Here are some of the ornaments that I have made so far. These are not in the "kits" that I talked about above. I am waiting for my order to come in so I can make those. This one uses the Baja Breeze re-inker and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter (I know the color of the picture is off. It sure looks great in person!). These ornaments are so easy to make. But they are a bit on the messy side! LOL! If these ornaments don't sell at the craft fair, I am totally putting them on my tree. This one uses the stamp set from the Hostess Collection - Level 1 - Punches Three.

This ornament uses the Pacific Point re-inker and glitter! I also did a little rub-on magic to this one. I have to say that I wished I remembered to use tape! Anytime you use rub-ons on circular or cylindrical objects, it's always a good idea to either rub the image on before it becomes that rounded shape OR to tape the image to the ornament so it doesn't move!

WOW! The color is really off on this image too. I am sorry for that. It is much more beautiful and vibrant in person. This one uses Stampin' Up!'s Fine Cosmo Glitter - Turquoise! Oh, it's truly lovely in person!

Next, is the close up of the Garden Green ornament. On this ornament, I actually taped the image down and got a MUCH better result!! I am quite tickled with the color and the way the rub-on turned out! WOO HOO! It's actually straight on the ornament but there was something wrong with the hanger, I can't seem to bend it the right way to get it to hang right... Oh well. It's all good! I have some other ideas up my sleeve. We'll see if they turn out well or not. *grins*

Do you want to know how I did these ornaments? Do you? Oh good! Well, my ornament class is scheduled for November 21st! We are going to make a BUNCH of different ornaments that night. One of them is going to be the "glass ornaments." The rest uses the Star Bright Kit. I will add all sorts of things to the ornaments to make them "prettier."

One lesson I have learned: Your ornament takes on the color of your glitter, unless you are using: Dazzling Diamonds! Here is my Pink Pirouette ornament. If I had to chose one ornament that I liked the most... I couldn't choose! It would have to depend on my mood. Well that's all for now. I have to finish my ornament craze. I have one more thought of what to do with a glass ornament and I don't want to tell you what it is until I try it! So, with that, I will leave you with thoughts of sugar-plums dancing in your head! Halloween Countdown Calendar

Ok, I know it's a bit late for this. I had this class a while ago but just got pictures of it! I took an ordinary baking pan and turned it into a magnet board for this adorable Halloween Countdown! I can't wait until the Christmas Countdown in November. It looks like a Christmas Tree! It's awesome.

For our Halloween Countdown, we used the new paper Ghostly Greetings paper and a bunch of the new Halloween stamps mixed with some current stamp sets. I had to throw in one set that wasn't current because I didn't want to have repeat images. I don't like to bring in those stamps because I can't sell them to you.

Decor Elements Countdown

When I saw this Decor Element rub-on, I just had to make this! I am sure I got the idea from the Stampin' Up! Convention or some other source. It is certainly not my own idea. However, I did design the box to be functional and hold 1 Ghirardelli Chocolate it in. I will probably try to find two chocolates to put in it, since I have two children!

Yes, that is a sheet of metal that the rub-on was applied to. Yes, those boxes have magnets on the back!

I was going to teach this as a class. However, I do not think it is a cost effective class to teach. The sheet metal is about $5. The magnets are $3. The frame was about $15. The rub-on is $19.95. Paper, ribbon, sticky tape... It just seems like a lot to ask a person to purchase... not to mention the time it will take a class to make each box - so... with that said, I am going to offer the class instructions for FREE - with the purchase of the rub-on! Another Harvest Home Card... Love it!

This card was actually a workshop card! It was a lot of fun showing the ladies watercoloring... most of them enjoyed the watercolor crayons too! To me, watercoloring is just so relaxing. If the color is not quite right you can blend it with another... it's very forgiving... I also love the simplicity of this card... I hope you enjoy it too!

I made this card a long time ago and forgot to post it! I don't know what I was thinking... Oh that's right... I wasn't thinking. hehe. At any rate, I just adore this set, "Under the Stars." I can't wait to make a movement card with this bear!

What makes me smile when I look at this card is that I have a story to go with the card! The bear is putting Skeeter Spray on his armpits... notice the dark patches under his arms? Ah, but where did the Skeeter land? On the top of his arm, where the bear didn't put the spray... The bear is saying... GRRRRRREAT because he forgot to spray EVERYWHERE...

Dang, that was a long story! LOL!! A very fun card to make though. Stay tuned for the movement card where the Bear Flies with the Skeeters!

Big Shot Banner

My husband came home from Iraq about 2 weeks ago... doesn't really seem that long... and I wanted to show off my Big Shot Banner. I think it came out great. My only regret is that I didn't have the last "e" in Home. I had to make it up with a sticky letter. I also had Chunky Glitter on each letter... but I found out that the Chunky Glitter doesn't stick well with Craft Ink. It totally needs Mono!

My husband loved the banner in his favorite red (adding white & blue). The kids were so proud of it too. They helped me hang it up... well they didn't but they thought they did... LOL! I didn't have the heart to tell them otherwise. The kids are very glad to have their dad back. Max has gone from "Mama's boy" to "Daddy's boy." You know, I don't mind a bit... I am almost thrilled with losing my ranking in Max's eyes. It proves to me how much he truly missed his daddy.

I habitually leave my front door open when I am home. I have to say that someone walking their children to school saw the banner and came over because they knew my husband was home and wanted to wish him well and welcome back! I don't know if or when I will take it down... LOL.

Boot Camp Card

Hi Everybody,

I wanted to post my 3rd boot camp card. I am having a good time with Boot Camp. I am stepping outside of the box and stepping out of my comfort zone. While I hate stepping out of my comfort zone, I do like the results I am getting... I am learning to incorporate EVERYTHING into my business... ANYWAY!

One thing you are going to see me use more and more is buttons. I own almost all the buttons Stampin' Up! has. I just don't utilize them enough!! They are so cute and add so much to a card.

I also embossed glossy paper and watercolored with reinkers. I created a mask and sponged the background to make it look like a sunset... The colors are so rich and beautiful. I hope you like it!

Boot Camp Card

I do not know what kind of detail I am allowed to give out about this card. I will tell you that this was one of my assignments while in Business Boot Camp! Luckily, I was able to crop this photo a bit and do some rotating because MAN IT WAS CROOKED! I probably would have gotten kicked out of Boot Camp it was so crooked... maybe I shouldn't be telling you this! LOL!!

I liked the way this card turned out. It is sure feeling like autumn here in Colorado! The temperature has been in and out of the 50's!!! It's too early for my tastes but... I get what I get and I don't throw a fit. LOL!

I am really in the mood to do another Christmas Card... it will have to wait until tomorrow... I am finally off to dream-land at 1:30 AM! sheesh

WOO HOO!!! I love when I hear that rumble around Noon! That rumble with the screechy brakes that stop at my house... Yes... the UPS man came today! Mike is our driver.

At any rate, I tore into my box and grabbed hold of this (please note, the time is 1:25 or so - I had to warm up the scanner and I was on the phone when Mike came!) and just had to complete it! I LOVE IT!!!!!!! It took me, maybe 20 minutes to complete it as is. I still have to add the dates on the calendar sheets on the back but that shouldn't take me long!! I am so excited!! OH!!

The inside is sort of decorated (meaning the calendar sheets) because I truly want to add my family's "dates." I am giving these to all my relatives as gifts for Christmas!! It is so stinking beautiful!! THANK YOU STAMPIN' UP!! I LOVE YOU!!

I am going to make a class with this in October/November. We will use the LARGE clipboard making it a look at head calendar! What a wonderful gift as well! Stay tuned for more details and a sneak peek when I have completed it! LOL

Playing with the templates

Well, I am playing with the templates here at Blogger.com. I am currently using this one because today in Colorado it was COLD... well let's just say that Fall/Autumn is in the air! I am going to put up a Fall/Autumn card soon! Playing with another set that scream WATERCOLOR ME!! Do you know which one I mean? Try and guess...

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

Well, when new rubbah comes to my house, it's mounted immediately. *Blushes*... that kind of sounds bad! I mean rubbah stamps on wooden blocks! *giggles*

I received a shipment a few days ago but I was hell bent on finishing some projects that I have been neglecting for some time. My friend's blog was one of them. My stamps in the mail from March - July of this year! My scraps in the mail from OCTOBER of last year! Yes, 2007!!! No, I haven't finished those yet but I did finish ALL of my stamps in the mail and one layout from my Scraps in the mail! Woo HOO!!

At any rate, I had this need to start planning for the month. I stopped working on Scraps in the mail and started planning my workshops. While playing with the ON SALE stamp set called, "Snow Swirled," I discovered that this card didn't have the look I was going for! It's still a pretty card. I don't think you can see the embossed white snowflakes on the Very Vanilla paper... That was part of the problem. It's not a "workshop" card because it's all embossed. Even the tree is embossed.

Well, I thought I would share because I do like the card... it's just... well, missing something! *shrugs* I hope you like it!

Workshop Scrapbook page

Greetings All!
I wanted to show you something really cool! I introduced my last workshop ladies to this 6 x 6 page. It is a very simple page to put together with two techniques - clear embossing the sun and markering a stamp. I used Baja Breeze, Tangerine Tango and Riding Hood Red; accenting with Summer Sun - very summery looking page in my opinion! I chose the Life's A Breeze set because, quite frankly, I am still scrapbooking the summer... course, I haven't scrapbooked in a really long time so....... hey i started here! LOL!!

I then asked and answered this question, "What if I don't scrapbook 6 x 6? What if I scrapbook 8 1/2 x 11?" I showed them what they can do with this page by dropping it into the 8 1/2 x 11! I got a lot of "Ahhhs" from this. It got them thinking, ok, this can be used in many ways. I love to get customers thinking. I watched them and it was so quiet at that moment that you could have heard a pin drop! I wanted to take their pulse at this time so I said, "Do you see how the 6 x 6 easily fits into an 8 1/2 x 11?" A little more silence and some nodding... this is good.

Then I went for their next shock because I normally don't scrapbook in 6 x 6. Now, I then said, "Ok, now what happens if someone asks, "I don't scrapbook either of those two sizes. I scrapbook 12 x 12. I am ready for them when I show them this: then I showed them what a 12 x 12 could look like. Peoples eyes got bigger as I finished up the demonstration. I still had one trick up my sleeve though! However, like me, when I was shown this way of showing customers what they can do with a 6 x 6, I had that same awe-struck face.

I asked if anyone was NEVER going to scrapbook ever... silence. "Good, well if anyone cares to make a card out of their scrapbook page..." I showed them what a card would look like, just in case there were people there that didn't or wouldn't scrapbook. I showed them this card. It uses the exactly elements that I made the scrapbook page. I literally just folded it in half.

Well, I hope you enjoyed my little presentation! By the way, I have no idea what happened to the scrapbook page above. It was right when I uploaded it... now it's all crooked! UGH!

Workshop Card

Good evening! Well, I had a bunch of scanning to do so I thought I would share a card I did for my workshop on Friday. Thanks to Lorinda my club is just missing one more player! It was missing 4! I will happily fill in until we can fill it! At any rate, I met some super nice ladies that I hope all come and stamp with me again soon!

I love using Fun & Fast Notes at my workshops! It's so versatile. This card came out pretty, in my opinion. The biggest hit was DEFINITELY the Scallop Edge punch! I am surprised I got to bring it home!

DVD Tin Class

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to post something new more often. Here is my DVD tin class that I am had tonight. Is it not gorgeous??? I am totally in love with it!

I used the Big Shot (and my customers will too) to cut out the Top Notes shape both in Very Vanilla and Basic Grey. Not Quite Navy and Baja Breeze are the dominant colors in this project. It is absolutely lickable! I also love the filigree brads too! WoW!! This project made me sit up and take notice!

I showed it to my upline and she looked at it... looked at it some more and said... "I wouldn't change a thing." That is such a HUGE compliment for me! WOO HOO!!

Anyway, I had to share... aren't you sorry you didn't sit in for this class? You should be! hehe!
